Independent Medical Evaluations

It is our opinion at Northstar Pain Care/Neurological Clinic that all independent medical evaluations should be performed in a manner free of bias. Honest opinions allow an insurer to properly evaluate a claim and pay those claims with merit and litigate those claims without merit. This will prevent costly courses of treatment where treatment is unwarranted or ineffective but will also prevent costly litigation where litigation should not have been pursued. It is, therefore, our responsibility to provide an insurer with unbiased data with which to make informed decisions.

All independent medical evaluations are performed by Steven Trobiani, M.D. Dr. Trobiani is a neurologist certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has 30 years of experience in the practice of neurology and abundant experience in deposition and trial testimony.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling 763-416-1400. All IME appointments are scheduled for a minimum of 1 hour.
